- Employees experiencing symptoms of illness, including those related to COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath), are encouraged to stay home and seek appropriate medical care.
- Proper hygiene practices such as regular handwashing and sanitizing workspaces are expected.
- Hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies are available throughout the office.
3. COVID-19 Precautions
- Face masks are optional unless otherwise directed by local health authorities, but employees and visitors may choose to wear them based on personal comfort or health needs.
- Common areas and high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly.
- Virtual meetings are recommended when feasible, especially for large groups.
- Those who test positive for COVID-19 should notify the office manager and follow CDC guidelines before returning to the office.
