We can provide access to WiFi at a $60/month fee. Providing your own WiFi is allowed.
Two office desks each with built-in storage and built-in phone charging pads and two comfortable rolling office chairs. There is also a small sitting area with two gray chairs and small side table.
See our office manager for notary services. All parties that need to sign MUST be present and MUST provide valid I.D. Notary fee is $5/stamp.
Dogs allowed ONLY - must have collar, must have leash (with or without harness), and must be a good dog :). Booking fee rates:$5 fee/hour, $30 fee/day, and $60 fee/month
Send documents to office manager to print or scan on office printer. $2 fee per every 15 pages printed. Copying documents can be done on your own as needed. Bringing your own printer and paper is allowed.
This office has a deadbolt and a door handle with a lock. If key or lock(s) are lost or damaged, the guest is responsible for the cost of a new key and lock.
This building address may be used as your business physical address, if applicable. Renting a PO Box is recommended - ask office manager.
