OPM Healthcare Staffing Inc. is a Jackson, MS based professional employer organization that provides nursing staff and HR services to long/short-term senior care facilities (and other healthcare facilities) across the state. As a startup, we are dedicated to making an impact on communities in need! Our office is a former single floor family home turned into a functional office space with a semi-private conference room with a TV for video conference calls, a cozy break room, a spacious training room, private offices for hourly or monthly rentals and on-site parking spaces. Conveniently located within the historic Tougaloo area of North Jackson just off of US Hwy 51/North State Street and down the street from Tougaloo College. We have quick access to Hwy 55 and County Line Road which means you will be positioned perfectly to get anywhere you need to go in the city! City transit bus stops are located on either end of our street (Bus route 15: N. State/Tougaloo) for even more accessibility to our office. We are just minutes away from great restaurants, casual eateries, comfortable hotels, and local shopping centers & entertainment such as the Renaissance in Ridgeland, Northpark Mall, Target, Starbucks, and the historic Fondren District - just to name a few! - All building exits are clearly marked. Exits must remain unobstructed at all times.

- Employees experiencing symptoms of illness, including those related to COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath), are encouraged to stay home and seek appropriate medical care.

- Proper hygiene practices such as regular handwashing and sanitizing workspaces are expected.

- Hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies are available throughout the office.

3. COVID-19 Precautions

- Face masks are optional unless otherwise directed by local health authorities, but employees and visitors may choose to wear them based on personal comfort or health needs.

- Common areas and high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly.

- Virtual meetings are recommended when feasible, especially for large groups.

- Those who test positive for COVID-19 should notify the office manager and follow CDC guidelines before returning to the office.

4. Emergency Procedures

- The emergency evacuation plan is clearly posted in the office.

- In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 and alert management immediately.
