Welcome to the Springs Office, a professional office building that is meticulously maintained and updated to provide a comfortable and functional meeting area. We offer a seamless blend of customer service and functionality that is sure to facilitate a successful event. We have 2 meeting room options: 1) Our private meeting room holds up to 8 people at the conference table, plus seats for another 4 people to participate in the room. We provide a conference table, chairs, small couch and a small monitor. After hours and weekend events are available. 2) Our larger meeting and training area includes 16 desks and chairs. This is an idea space for a training event or group meeting. The area also includes a small seating area for an additional 4 people if needed. After hours and weekend events available. You will have access to the kitchen if needed. You will need to clean up if you use the kitchen. Additionally, enjoy ample parking for all your guests, and conveniently located bathrooms. This desirable exterior office on the top floor features bright light streaming in from huge windows and mountain views. Included in rent is use of a conference room, furnished client waiting area, ample on-site parking. There is 24/7 tenant access, kitchen and conveniently located restrooms. Office furniture is available for no additional monthly rent. One flight of stairs. Rent of $525 a month features a “gross” lease, meaning that all building expenses are included, such as gas, electric, water, heating, air conditioning, trash container outside, snow removal, insurance, taxes, and common area cleaning. Internet service is offered at a heavily reduced rate. Please note, square footage of the private office listed includes the pro-rata use of the client waiting area and conference room. The website does not allow for separating those areas out, so we’re explaining it here. The private office is about 100 square feet and the conference room and client waiting area is about 500 square feet. You can reserve up to 10 regularly scheduled hours per week on specific days of each week (provided that no one else is already using those hours).
