The dedicated exclusive space within this co-working area comprises the large private desk and any file cabinet that you bring in. This functional work space is only $199 per month and includes all building expenses. Internet service is available at a heavily discounted rate. Access the building 7 days a week. 1 person per company may occupy the desk at a time, but you can have different people at different times as long as its the same company. 6 month lease minimum. We offer a seamless blend of customer service and functionality that is sure to facilitate a successful event. We have 2 meeting room options at $99 a day each: 1) Our larger meeting and training area includes 20 desks and chairs. This is an idea space for a training event or group meeting. The area also includes a small seating area for an additional 4 people if needed. After hours and weekend events available. 2) Our private meeting room holds up to 6 people at the conference table, plus seats for another 4 people to participate in the room. We provide a conference table, chairs, small couch and a small monitor. After hours and weekend events are available. You will have access to the kitchen if needed. You will need to clean up if you use the kitchen. Additionally, enjoy ample parking for all your guests, and conveniently located bathrooms.
