Our part-time office space is designed with flexibility in mind. You can reserve up to 10 regularly scheduled hours per week on specific days of each week (provided that no one else is already using those hours). It includes use of a semi-private client waiting area just outside the office. Also, enjoy ample on-site parking and 7 days a week office access.
We offer a comfortable and professional environment where you can focus on your work and performance. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded professionals, expand your network, and grow your business.
This office is only $250 per month. We can offer Internet at a reduced rate. You will need to sign a 3 month minimum lease with the property owner and provide a copy of your driver’s license.

Rent of $525 a month features a “gross” lease, meaning that all building expenses are included, such as gas, electric, water, heating, air conditioning, trash container outside, snow removal, insurance, taxes, and common area cleaning. Internet service is offered at a heavily reduced rate. Please note, square footage of the private office listed includes the pro-rata use of the client waiting area and conference room.
