Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we ask all members in our community to adhere to new rules regarding health and cleanliness for the safety of our community and everyone using the space. In order to use the premises, please acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Hand Washing: Please wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. As per the CDC recommendation, wash with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds and rinse with warm water.

Cleanliness: When using shared workspaces, please disinfect the table and chair before leaving. This includes tables in the cafe area, meeting rooms, and shared desks.

Self-Isolation: If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with a person who may have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home and contact your health care provider for medical guidance. Symptoms include fever, coughing, sneezing/runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches, chills, and loss of taste/smell.

Testing: If you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 and you have been in the building while infected, please let us know so we can perform contact tracing and contact anyone that they may have come into contact with a person who tested positive. If you wish to remain anonymous, ask the Pierce County Health Department to notify us.

Travel: If you have traveled outside of the state or country within the last 14 days, we strongly urge you to get tested for COVID-19 and quarantine for the CDC recommended period of time before returning to the office.

Guests: If you have guests joining you in the space, it is your responsibility to inform them of these rules and assist them to comply.
