We did not have a good experience. I checked March 9 on the calendar, however I received a confirmation for a March 10 reservation. When I tried to change the reservation, the website did not recognize my correct password. The website would not allow me to change my password due to a failed CAPTCHA mechanism. I had to call support to have them manually reset my password. Then they told me they will not give me a refund for the calendar mistake, which I'm quite sure was a website error, so I was charged twice. When my team arrived to use the space, the space we rented did not look like the photo. There were no windows (I asked the support person if I could ensure the team had a room with windows and she said she couldn't not ensure that for any reservation). There was also no video display for presenting. The team almost left the building to go somewhere else, after being charged twice, however the people onsite did help them find another room with presentation capabilities. The humans involved were helpful but the website permissions, calendar and cancelation / modification policies were horrible. We would not recommend and will not return.
