The Capital One Café is a space where you can enjoy a great handcrafted beverage, access complimentary WiFi, and chat about saving time and money with one of our Ambassadors.
Students, teachers, and approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations can book our Community Rooms during regular business hours.
We believe in the value and promise of our student and non-profit communities, and Capital One aims to accommodate as many as possible into our space.
As a courtesy to all who wish to share our space, we ask that each reservation be limited to two hours maximum per day. We may accommodate longer reservations on a case-by-case basis, but reserve the right to deny or cancel reservations.

This Capital One Café is a cool space where you can snag a great cup of coffee, tap free wireless and chat about saving time and money with one of our Ambassadors.
Nonprofit, alumni associations, students, and student organizations can book our Community Room for meeting space during regular business hours. Stop by to visit or reserve a workspace today.
**Please note that these free conference rooms are available to registered nonprofit organizations. Capital One has a fundamental belief that the non-profit community is a valuable part of our society and we aim to allow as many non-profits as possible to use our free space; however, Capital One reserves the right to decline organizations.
***In addition, each reservation will be limited to a total of two hours maximum per day. More than two hours will require an exception.

The cafe is very nice, and the meeting room is great for study groups/meetings, with enough outlets for charging! I generally have very positive experiences here, but my last visit was a bit disappointing (hence the 3 stars).
My friends and I (4 people total) came on Sun Jan 26th to study and decided to leave briefly for lunch. We had the large meeting room downstairs reserved for the entire day, and before leaving around noon, we confirmed with staff that we can return after lunch. We took our belongings with us. Upon returning about 1 hour later, the same staff member we saw earlier informed us that they had to give our room to another group. The reason was unclear, but we did not inquire further since our original room seemed to already be occupied. We were given another meeting room, and although it did fit 4 people, the desk space was insufficient for our group, as we each had laptops and textbooks. Overall, while the staff member was kind to us, and she did apologize for the inconveniences, the way our reserved room was “taken” was still disappointing, especially because they were aware of our intentions of returning after lunch. I hope that if something similar absolutely needs to happen in the future, staff members will be more clear to customers.

The staff were super helpful, and the room was set up really nicely! Because of my work laptop's mandatory VPN, I was not able to connect to their wifi and had to use a personal laptop, so keep that in mind.
