HAVN SLX is a coworking space and members club at 470 W 200 N in downtown Salt Lake City. It's built for people who want to be around people while they work, with a full gym and a rooftop pool in the same building. Workspace - Open coworking: a shared desk, a lounge chair, or a quiet corner, wherever suits the day. Monitors and Google Fiber are already set up. - Meeting rooms: 3 meeting rooms that hold up to 16 people with full AV set up and whiteboard. - Dedicated desks: reserved for you around the clock, with a window view. Leave your setup where it is. - Private offices for teams of 1 to 20. - Phone booths, plus meeting rooms with AV and whiteboards. Members get monthly meeting room credits. Wellness A full gym, yoga and pilates classes in the studio, showers with fresh towels, and a rooftop with a pool, fire pits, and a lounge. Community Run Club, rooftop concerts, happy hours, and a member Slack. People here say hello. Give it three weeks and you'll know a few names. Meetings and events The boardroom (up to 16) and two coves (up to 6 each) book by the hour. Each has a 60-inch TV, video conferencing, and a whiteboard. For bigger groups, four event spaces hold up to 200 guests, with screens, sound, and wireless mics built in and a prep kitchen for your caterer. Access and terms Members have 24/7 keycard access. Our team is on site Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. Parking is included, and coffee, tea, and snacks are on us. Coworking memberships also include workspace access at HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi. Memberships and private offices start with a 90-day commitment. Membership is by application.
