The Overlook + Indoor Lounge - HPE
1500 square foot Overlook balcony offers a separate activity zone perfect for drinks and networking. It also features an open-concept kitchen and boardroom with retractable glass walls opening into the main space. Separate areas are available for seminar space, breakout rooms, green rooms, or prep areas as needed for larger or more complex events.
-Access to the venue on May 8th 2025 from 12pm to 5pm
-Access to all existing furniture & patio furniture to customize a layout
-Removal of all furniture can be accommodated for a $150 fee
-Secured Access to building via QR code to share with your guests
-Expansive staff onsite for the duration of your event
-Complimentary Wifi
-One Time Cleaning fee of $150 has been included in the price.
-Event has been discounted 50% as a one-time courtesy. Hourly rate for venue may need to be adjusted depending on what the client would like.

Lovely space! The site manager was very helpful. Our team greatly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor layout for our event. There was plenty of seating and room to mingle. We would use this space again!
