Kiln is a beautiful space aesthetically, but functionally it feels more like working from a coffee shop—except the coffee isn’t great. There are no monitors, the desk chairs aren’t very ergonomic, and private call spaces are limited given the size of the building and number of occupants. For the daily fee, I expected more elevated amenities: snacks were limited to grocery store bagels and wax-wrapped cheese, and beverages to a basic coffee machine plus a couple kombucha options. Overall, it’s a pleasant environment, but not especially well-equipped for truly productive work.

Great experience. I loved the space. The patio was wonderful, and the phone booths were plentiful.
