Daily Cleaning Protocols: All high-touch surfaces and shared areas are disinfected multiple times daily using EPA-approved products. Meeting rooms are sanitized between bookings.

Wellness-First Staff Standards: Staff are trained in health protocols and are required to stay home if exhibiting symptoms. Guests who are unwell may be kindly asked to return when feeling better.

Contactless Amenities: Digital check-in, contactless payment, and seamless booking experiences are standard to minimize physical interaction.

Spacious Layout & Capacity Monitoring: Lounge areas and rooftop seating support optional distancing and avoid overcrowding.
