Our 600-square-foot Lounge, with its thoughtfully designed interiors, historic architectural features, and open pantry, is the perfect place to host intimate dinners and team meetings for up to 14 guests or cocktails for up to 75. The Lounge can be closed off and rented separately or opened up and rented with the Main Hall as part of the entire Annex.

The spaces can be set up in various seating styles depending on the type of event and come equipped with full audio-visual capabilities, including a built-in sound system, Airplay-enabled smart TVs, webcams, projectors, and screens. With 14’ ceilings, large skylights, whitewashed walls, exposed brickwork, and unique architectural features, The Annex has become a sought-after location for photography, TV and film shoots, casting calls, and much more. The Lounge, with its open pantry, can be set up as a green room while shooting in the Main Hall or delivered empty to shoot simultaneously in both spaces. The Main Hall is large enough to accommodate multiple c-stands side-by-side, and the skylights can be easily blacked out if necessary. The first floor, double door entry makes for effortless loading of equipment in and out of the space.
