There was no one there to check me in upon arrival. When they did arrive, the lady was rude, uninformed, and dismissive. The common areas, including the coffee station, were a mess. The chairs in the lobby area had duct tape on them. The sink was filled to excess with dirty dishes. There was construction actively happening, and no one informed us that this would be the case. The wifi connection was abysmal, multiple video calls dropped, and all video calls were fuzzy. The space did not live up to what was described. At a minimum, the WiFi connection should be stellar. At least deliver on what you state in your ad.
I did reach out to people at LiquidSpace, and they said that they didn't own the property. That was it. Suffice it to say, I won't be using this again for our business.
