The space itself is great and there is nearby cheap parking. The address is wrong though, just the zip code, it should be 33701. This facility is in downtown St Pete, but if you use the address provided GPS will take you to northeast St Pete to a condo complex about 20 mins away. If you search for COhatch St Pete your mapping program should find it.
