The experience of using the facilities was very good. However, they need to improve communication. For example, after making the reservation, they were supposed to send a code to access the facilities, but in my case, it was never sent and I had to call several times. I made the reservation to enter the office at 8 a.m., and they never sent the code before that time, so I had to make several calls to gain access. They were also not very clear about logistical matters, such as parking, bathroom use, among other things.
