The small private office space was a perfect solution for a pop-up webinar I had to attend. The only complaint would be noise: Though I moved from my original assigned office directly overlooking busy (noisy!) Biscayne Blvd., to a space of the same size overlooking a side street, I (and other webinar participants) could still clearly hear sirens, motorcycles, car and truck horns, buses and shouting from outside. Note to SELF: always request a higher floor. Note to STAFF: soundproofing, double-paned, more modern windows, and/or a dedicated webinar suite, would all be worth every penny of investment.

We spent the day at Work & Co. The space was clean and the team was very helpful and friendly. One of us left our power cord in the room and they reached out later to alert us to it. Really great experience, we will definitely use it again!

Minus the black floor stains in the corner shown in the photo, it was perfect for a few hours. Includes Wifi and is right in front of a cool cafe-style lobby, which has a bit of an echo if people chat there, but not too many people there when I went, so overall very quiet.

The host is great! Communication is excellent, quic responses. He cares about you, about making you comfortable. When we arrived, I called him and he checked us on cameras and guided us how to get to the place.
The space is good too, it’s clean, it has everything we needed.
If we need a space like this again, we definitely book this one again 👍 Highly recommend 🙌
