There is no reception and the person who answers the door bell on the desk does not know anything about reservations or what to do. Long time at the desk to figure out that we could just go back to our assigned conference room. Parking is free, but you have to figure that out before you pay $25 to park as instructed by the signs that say you'll be towed if you don't QR code and pay. Again, no instructions. Once in the room, the chairs were in very bad shape- leather all worn off, etc. And, the air-conditioning was blowing very cold air right onto us the whole time- no one knows how to adjust the temp. All in all, it served its purpose. But, unexpected costs, wasted time, and unprofessional maintenance are definite detractors.
