Brand new facility with a European flair. We specialize in wellness. The location is fantastic, with an enormous amount of exposure at the corner of 434 and 436 located conveniently near I-4. We are looking for a tenant that would enhance the wellness aspect of the business...perhaps an acupuncturist, massage therapist, nutritionist, body sculpting, esthetician, Tatoo artist (micro blading, ombre brows, lip blushing, and lamentation), lash specialist, hair braiding, teeth whitening, waxing, etc. or any other specialties that enjoy a luxurious space at a reasonable cost without paying the price of a high end build out. The room is completely furnished with an adjustable facial/massage table, small desk, 2 chairs, stool, and adjustable table, all in white! The fee is per month and includes: internet, AC, 42 parking spaces plus handicap, security cameras, garbage disposal, weekly cleaning, and 24 hour access.
