Office 31 is an interior office which is located right next to a side door for easy access. This office is furnished with Steel Case furniture including desks, executive chair, guest chair and locking rolling cabinet. Included with your office is $60 credit each month towards conference room time, complimentary whole-bean brewed coffee drinks, LaCroix, popcorn, professional mailbox and package reception. Window office with great natural light! It features brand new Steel Case furniture ( six foot desks and six foot side desks). The office has a deluxe executive chairs as well as a guest chairs. This office can be a team office or a private office. Our whole bean coffee brewer makes all kinds of coffee drinks including lattes, espresso, Americano and Moccachinos. Tea and LaCroix are also complimentary. Our community kitchen is fully stocked with two refrigerators, two microwaves, toaster oven, toaster, whole bean coffee brewer, dishes, glassware and silverware. Our copy and mailbox center also includes everything from rubber bands to paper clips.
