Postal N Print Hub – Health and Safety Policy

At Postal N Print Hub, the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, employees, and community are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who visits our store or uses our shared workspace and conference room.

1. Cleanliness and Sanitation

* All common areas, including workstations, rental computers, and the conference room, are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

* Hand sanitizer is available at the front counter and in the co-working space for guest use.

* Disinfectant wipes are provided for guests to sanitize their work areas before and after use.

 2. Workstation and Equipment Use

* Rental computers and desks are sanitized between uses.

* Guests are encouraged to report any spills or equipment issues to staff immediately to prevent hazards.

* Only authorized users may access workstations and conference room equipment.

 3. Occupancy 

* The conference room is limited to 8 people to ensure comfort and safety.

* Guests are encouraged to be mindful of others and maintain personal space where possible in shared areas.

4. Emergency Preparedness

* Emergency exits are clearly marked and unobstructed at all times.

* In case of fire, medical emergency, or any safety concern, please notify staff immediately.

* A basic first-aid kit is available on-site.

 5. General Guest Conduct

* Loud behavior, or disruptive activity is not permitted in the store or co-working areas.

* Children must be supervised at all times.

* Any unsafe or suspicious behavior should be reported to staff immediately.

 6. Health Awareness

* Guests who are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness are encouraged to reschedule their visit.

* Staff members are trained to follow health protocols and will maintain a clean working environment at all times.
