This private office is a clean, quiet, and professional space perfect for small teams, remote workers, or independent professionals seeking a productive work environment. The office can be delivered furnished with up to four desks and two chairs, or left unfurnished based on your needs. You’re welcome to bring your own technology, and a new mini fridge (current year model) is permitted.
Tenants enjoy daily access from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with three dedicated parking spaces included. No overnight parking is allowed.
You'll also receive a key to a shared bathroom located within the building for convenient use throughout the day.
As part of your rental, you’ll get one free use per month of our shared conference room, located in the main office. This room is available Monday, Wednesday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and must be reserved at least two weeks in advance.
This space offers the flexibility and privacy of a dedicated office, with added perks like meeting space and convenient parking, all within a secure and professional setting.

The staff in the office was incredible. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The facility itself was good. It was VERY HOT in the room though. 5 of us in there and we were sweating. Free parking and plenty of it. Easy to find.
