This Capital One Café is a cool space where you can snag a great cup of coffee, tap free wireless and chat about saving time and money with one of our Ambassadors.
Nonprofit, alumni associations, students, and student organizations can book our Community Room for meeting space during regular business hours. Stop by to visit or reserve a workspace today.
**Please note that these free conference rooms are available to registered nonprofit organizations. Capital One has a fundamental belief that the non-profit community is a valuable part of our society and we aim to allow as many non-profits as possible to use our free space; however, Capital One reserves the right to decline organizations.
***In addition, each reservation will be limited to a total of two hours maximum per day. More than two hours will require an exception.

We loved the space and loved the ambassadors as well. Everyone is very friendly, the tech worked well (we brought our own hdmi court, not sure if they have some) and the coffee shop serves my favorite coffee - Verve. We will be back.

Greeter was slightly over zealous, insisting I listen to all the rules and procedures I had to follow to schedule a room, despite the fact that I was late and had already done everything right since I was headed to the room that I had already scheduled. Aside from that, my attendees were happy, everyone had chairs, and staff did not rush us out when were we ran a few minutes over. Nor did they lurk when our deadline to leave was fast approaching. Air conditioning, well lit, semi-quiet, clean. Great resource for a small non-profit like us. Will use again. Thanks for having us.

Poor customer service. Not greeted by staff.
Unfriendly staff. Did show guest where to go for room.
A/V did NOT work. TV Screen had no sound. Cords provided did not work. Spent 15 mins into our meeting trying to get the cords & screen to work properly on our own before a staff member decided they would attempt to help us smh.
