Offix Edge is San Francisco's Sunset neighborhood's complete small business center. We provide office, mail & shipping, and other support for small businesses, WFH, and independent professionals. Offix Edge features: 1 x 4-8 person conference room (reserve here) 1 x 1-4 person office 1 x 1-2 person private office (reserve here) 4 x open desks (first come, first served) Spaces may be rented by the hour, day, week. Renters have access to the coffee/tea bar, kitchenette, business book library, and fast WiFi. In addition, Offix Edge offers complete print, copy, scan, FAX, bind, laminate, and shredding services, plus limited selection of office supplies. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Courier service is available. We also have business mailboxes available for rent. Offix Edge is located on Noriega Street, between 30th and 31st Avenues across the street from Safeway and Starbucks. There are many restaurants and banks within walking distance. Free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Meters are enforced. Your neighborhood spot to get work done!

Workspace Conduct & Cleanliness Policy

We work hard to keep this space welcoming, clean, and productive for everyone. Maintaining that environment is a shared responsibility. By renting a workspace, you agree to uphold these standards.

General Conduct

- Treat all renters, staff, and other customers with courtesy and respect.

- Keep noise at a level that doesn't disrupt others. Use headphones for music or media. Take phone calls in designated areas or outside if other renters (not in your group) are present.

- Respect others' personal space, belongings, and focus time.

Cleanliness Standards: Common Areas & Workstations

- Clear your workspace before leaving each day — remove all personal items, trash, and dishes.

- Wipe up any spills or crumbs after eating or drinking. 

- Return extra monitors, cables, etc to the black table in the business center. 

- Return furniture to its original position if you've rearranged it.

- Do not leave personal belongings in common areas overnight. 

Cleanliness Standards: Kitchenette

- Wash any dishes or utensils you use. Do not leave items in the sink.

- Clean up spills and crumbs immediately.

- Label any food stored in the refrigerator and freezer with your name and date. Unlabeled items will be discarded on Tuesdays. 

- Dispose of food waste in the silver compost bin, not the sink.

- Leave the coffee station, microwave, and countertops clean after each use.

Cleanliness Standards: Restrooms. Please leave the restroom in the same condition you found it.

- This includes: wiping the toilet seat and surrounding area, flushing completely, and disposing of all waste in the appropriate receptacle.

- Feel free to restock toilet paper and paper towels from the supplies near the kitchen.

- If you notice a cleanliness issue you did not cause, please notify staff rather than leaving it for the next person.

Cleanliness Standards: Trash & Recycling

- Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins.

- Do not leave food containers, cups, or wrappers at your workstation or in common areas.

- If a bin is full, please notify staff or use another receptacle — do not leave trash on top of or beside a full bin.

Shared Equipment & Amenities

- Treat shared equipment (monitors, chairs, etc.) with care.

- Report any damage or malfunctions to staff promptly — please do not attempt repairs yourself.

- Do not remove equipment, furniture, or supplies from the space.

Enforcement

We want to handle issues with respect and goodwill. Our approach:

- First concern: A private, friendly conversation 

- Repeated concern: A written notice

- Ongoing concern: We reserve the right to not rent workspace to persons not respecting the space

A cleaning fee of $10.00 per incident may be assessed for messes requiring significant staff time to address beyond normal maintenance.

By continuing to rent workspace at Offix Edge, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. A signed copy may be requested at any time.
