Centered in the heart of historic Chinatown, this art & retail space is suitable for pop-ups and small gatherings. Accommodates 50 people standing, 20-30 seated. This space is also an active retail location and individuals are encouraged to use it as a pop-up retail space, art activity space, and information booth area to interface with the public. Rental hours are subject to approval based on operational hours. Closing the retail store for an event incurs a mandatory day rental fee of $800. Tours available anytime.
