The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site paid parking lot. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a bright windowed meeting room that seats up to 16 guests, with lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. We rent full-time private offices on a short-or-long term basis, so inquire within if the need arises. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! Parking rates: $2.25/15 min. $9.00/1 Hr $20.00/ All Day ***Please note we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. Thanks for looking, can’t wait to host you next!
