The Centre, known as Chichester Enterprise Centre has 82 units that include fully functioning offices, studios and workshops ranging from 150 to 700 square feet with the benefit of business support facilities such as reception, breakout area, bookable meeting rooms, telephony, high-speed internet and free parking. Virtual offices and co working space will also be available. The centre is well located, on the Terminus Road Industrial Estate just off the A27 giving easy access to Chichester Cathedral town and local facilities with good transport links to Portsmouth, Southampton and Brighton via the A27.
