Each of our Workshops are light-filled, private lockable units, provided empty so that you can furnish them and bring in the kit that you require. Each Workshop also has an additional breakout space outside, with a table and chairs provided. Suitable for artists, painters, photographers, fashion designers and architects amongst others, but unfortunately they are less suited to those who require heavy machinery, high voltage power, or a wash-up station inside their studio. All our workshops come with: •Dedicated reception and on-hand Community Team •High spec printers with free fair use printing, copying, and scanning •Super-fast WIFI •Gallery and event space •Weekly community lunches courtesy of Canal, our onsite restaurant •Coffee on tap, a variety of tea and fresh fruit from our kitchen point •Bike storage and cycle workshop •Storage lockers •Post handling and secure post room •Regular non-work events to join •Special rates for stays with Mason & Fifth

The space is made up of hot-desk style Workbenches and dedicated private Workshops. Workbench memberships are available as daily, weekly, or monthly passes — ideal for those who prefer a lighter footprint, this option gives you access to shared bench space in an open-plan setting. Pull up a chair at any available bench and immerse yourself in a quiet, purposeful atmosphere, surrounded by others equally focused on bringing their own ideas to life. For those looking for something more permanent, our Private Workshops offer lockable, self-contained spaces you can truly make your own. Ideal for setting up a base, storing tools or materials, or simply creating a consistent environment where you can focus and build momentum. Whether you're working solo or collaborating with a small team, these workshops offer the privacy and stability to support long-term projects and creative growth.
