Introducing Meadow, the first-ever creative workspace by Mason & Fifth — designed to support and inspire the creative process. Whether you're refining your practice, exploring something new, or simply looking for a dedicated place to focus, Meadow offers the flexibility and grounding to help your ideas take shape.
Located a short walk from Westbourne Park tube station, Meadow has been thoughtfully designed with intention, clarity, and creative flow at its heart. It’s a space where you can work at your own pace, connect when it feels right, and return to your practice, day after day.
The space is made up of hot-desk style Workbenches and dedicated private Workshops.
Workbench memberships are available as daily, weekly, or monthly passes — ideal for those who prefer a lighter footprint, this option gives you access to shared bench space in an open-plan setting. Pull up a chair at any available bench and immerse yourself in a quiet, purposeful atmosphere, surrounded by others equally focused on bringing their own ideas to life.
For those looking for something more permanent, our Private Workshops offer lockable, self-contained spaces you can truly make your own. Ideal for setting up a base, storing tools or materials, or simply creating a consistent environment where you can focus and build momentum. Whether you're working solo or collaborating with a small team, these workshops offer the privacy and stability to support long-term projects and creative growth.
At Meadow, we believe that space matters — that’s why every detail, from lighting to layout, has been carefully considered to create an environment that feels both grounded and energising.
Community here is organic and unobtrusive — it’s not about forced networking, but about being around others who understand the creative process. Meadow naturally fosters quiet connections, shared inspiration, and those spontaneous conversations that can spark something new. When you’re ready to connect, there are shared communal areas for conversation, collaboration, and events designed to support creative practice.
Everything is included:
-Kitchen point with free tea, coffee and snacks
-Weekly free community lunches
-Regular ‘non-work’ events
-Free bookable meeting room
-Private phone booths
-High spec printer with fair use policy
-Storage lockers
-Bike store
-Post room & mail handling
-Dedicated Community Team
-Dog friendly
You'll also find independent cafés, shops, and green spaces just around the corner — ideal for stepping out and refreshing your mind.
Whether you're dropping in for a day, staying for a season, or setting up a long-term home for your practice, Meadow offers a space to focus, experiment, and evolve. We welcome creatives of all kinds, at all stages, and we’ve built Meadow to be as flexible as the people who use it.
