3. SAFETY AND SECURITY

3.1. You and your guests must follow all safety and security instructions of Design District team members and must comply with any evacuation instructions and procedures. We wish to be as inclusive as possible and ask that you inform a team member as soon as possible if you or a guest would require additional assistance in an emergency. The team member will show you the location of the refuge points and provide you with a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP).

3.2. You are solely responsible for sensitive information that has been left visible in printers or on desks.

3.3. All safety measures have been taken to make the building safe and free of hazards. We kindly ask you to use stairs, terrace, lifts, and shared areas with caution. 

3.4. We offer an App for members to make their profile visible for the purpose of your networking and business promotion. Choosing to use this platform and the settings of the information you make available are at your discretion and responsibility. 

3.5. The house phone on your floor has a direct dial to the Greenwich Peninsula Security Office. Please use it during the weekends in case of emergency. 

5. GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES  

5.1. If necessary to do so to follow the law, or government health and safety guidelines, we will put a reservation making system in place and all Membership tiers will be required to reserve a place so we can ensure control over the number of people on the premises.

5.2. Members not complying with government guidelines or the instructions of the Design District Coworking team will not be allowed in the Club or may be asked to leave.

5.3. If the Club is required to close because of government guidelines or legislation and the period of closure exceeds 30 consecutive days, your Membership will be suspended, and you will not be obliged to pay the Membership Fee until the Club reopens.
