We’re a small tech team with a big, beautiful office in Mile-End and we’re looking to share the space with another small team, founders, or hybrid/remote workers. This is not a full office for rent, but a shared space with a private closed room just for your team, with full access to shared areas. We are flexible to rent more of the space depending on your team size. What’s available: - Private office (210 sq ft) already furnished with 6 desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitors - Ideal for a team of 3–6 people - Access to shared open space, lounge, full kitchen, dining area, meeting room, and a large terrace with Wi-Fi - 1 bathroom, AC, elevator, and natural light throughout - Space to accommodate up to 10 people in multiple closed rooms. Vibe: Quiet, respectful, friendly. We’re a startup with a mostly remote team and are only a few on-site each week. We love a 5a7 on our private outdoor patio in the summer or at a nearby local brewpub.
