1. We maintain a clean, well-ventilated, and properly lit workspace at all times. Regular cleaning and sanitation of all common areas and high-touch surfaces is conducted frequently.

2. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, maintained, and inspected regularly. Emergency exits are clearly marked and kept unobstructed. 

3. All members and staff are required to complete a safety orientation upon joining our space. Emergency evacuation procedures will be clearly communicated.

4. Any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to our staff. Incident reports will be completed and necessary corrective actions taken promptly.

5. Members must keep their work areas clean, tidy, and free from any tripping or fire hazards. All walkways and aisles must be kept clear.

6. Hazardous materials and dangerous equipment are prohibited in the coworking space. 

7. Members and staff experiencing illness should refrain from using the space to prevent the spread of communicable disease. 

8. As part of our commitment to wellness, ergonomic furniture and equipment is provided. Members are encouraged to take regular breaks and practice healthy work habits.

9. We abide by all relevant health and safety laws and regulations. This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed.
