Welcome to your office for the day!  

It’s all yours between 8am and 5pm and we would kindly ask that you leave your desk as you found it.

Getting comfortable:

The blinds are controlled by the remote by the door. 

The heating/cooling remote is also by the door.

If you are the last to leave, please turn off all lights and heating/aircon and close the blinds. This helps us to conserve energy and maintain temperatures!

The office can be accessed with the code given to you on the day and turning the latch to the left.

WIFI PASSWORD: password will be updated regularly and provided on the day.

Throughout the day:

Need the bathroom? There is one just down the corridor, or one downstairs. 

Feeling hungry? The team downstairs can look after you with pastries, lunch or afternoon snacks. We would highly recommend eating meals downstairs to keep mess to a minimum and have a little pause in your day.

Please be mindful of other guests in the coworking space and in other offices down the hall. Use headphones for music and consider taking phone calls outside.

Safety:

Please use the handrail when accessing the staircase and watch your head!

Smoking and vaping is forbidden in the building, and within 5 metres of the entrance. 

Our entire building is connected to smoke detectors. If you are found smoking or vaping inside you will be asked to leave, without reimbursement, and will be invoiced for any call out fee from the fire brigade.

Should there be an emergency, please calmly follow the exit signs and meet on the corner of The Grove and Sydney Road. 

We cannot assume responsibility for any valuables left unattended. Please keep the office door locked.

If you are injured while on site, please speak to the team.

A first aid kit is located in the kitchen. Please ask the team if you need assistance.
