If you are a current thinkspace Member, please reach out to the team at seattle@thinkspace.com *** The Burke-Gilman is an impressive 1800 sq ft space right on the water’s edge, with wrap around windows looking into the marina at South Lake Union. Space is semi-private, with a large sliding barn door that can be used to close it off. Great for company offsites, strategic planning meetings, presentations, product launch and panel discussions. In-house AV, HD projector, screen, two 70” LED screens and wireless microphones.

Coworking/Pacific Crest
***Sold individually for $50 a day, or $300 for a month. The day passes are good for 1 year and can be used all in a row, once a month, or anything in between. Pacific Crest is an area that you can use if working from home is not an option that day or you need a workspace closer to South Lake Union, the tech core and downtown. Benefits of Coworking include: *A professional setting to work, conduct meetings over video conference, or meet with clients; *Flexibility of having a workspace without the monthly costs and commitment of the private office. Use it when you want, as often or infrequently as you need; *Being part of a community of like-minded entrepreneurs and tech workers. With an advance payment of $300 you will receive 1 month worth of passes and access to a work table during the business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Your pass stays active within one year from the date of purchase. Let our team know that you will be coming in at least 24 hours in advance, and we will have your table ready for you. Parking Instructions : All parking near the Lake Union Building is metered , there are all-day slots as well as two hour parking slots available to use.
Blanca Lake
Blanca Lake is a great private meeting room for a board meeting or in-person training session. The boardroom table seats up to 14 people with extra space to mingle and converse. Furniture is modular and easily set up to fit your needs. Equipped with HDMI video projector, screen, dedicated sound, 1 gb Fiber Internet service, Wifi, and a whiteboard.
Mailbox Peak
Mailbox Peak is a large meeting space great for strategic planning meetings, board meetings, team retreats, presentations, startup pitches, product launches, panel discussions, or company trainings. This space can be arranged as a traditional conference room for up to 32, classroom style for up to 36 attendees, theater style for up to 60 attendees, or U-shape for up to 24 attendees. This space comes with the use of our communal kitchen and informal reception/lounge area to use during breaks. When booking this meeting space, your attendees can enjoy our large outdoor patio with tables and chairs for breaks and meals. This meeting room is equipped with an HDMI video projector, drop-down projector screen, dedicated sound and microphone, 1 Gigabit Fiber Internet service with failover service, and free Wifi.
