This class A office building prominently situated at the southern tip of Corporate Row between 46th and 47th streets center is a state-of-the-art executive business center, occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors. This space offers efficient and flexible layouts in our array of fully furnished, serviced and equipped private offices in a shared environment and boasts sweeping views of Avenue of the America’s bustling business center. 1185 Avenue of the Americas is within walking distance to Bryant Park, Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Our building has access to 15 subways, numerous buses and trains, and is also connected to the multiple retail levels at Rockefeller Center by a unique underground concourse. Please be sure that all guest must be invited in the reservation confirmation as they need to be put into the security system to gain entry. It is also vastly more helpful to send that list 24 hours in advance for you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience!
