Event space for up to 16-20 people with many layout options. The space can be configured with rows of seating or with tables and chairs both with room for a presenter. A conference table can also be set up with plenty of room to accommodate. Refreshment stations can be set up within the space, or in the adjoining areas.

Discounts given for the amount of days per week rented as well as for longer length term agreements. Office is perfect for rental of the open space right next to it to create an office suite where additional employees can work. The suite is also perfect for a photographer to set up their photography equipment and take photos. It could also be used for filming and editing for content creators and much more.

Office with Private Entry and Restroom
Your very own 15' x 24' 6" office space with it's own entrance off of the parking lot with a private restroom and storage area. This unit is completely separate from the main office area; however, access to the main area is available to be utilized for its offerings as well. All utilities, Wifi and other amenities are included with the space. The storage area between the office and the restroom in the suite can be converted into a small kitchenette / break area for an extra move in price if desired. Existing shelving can be removed and a sink will be installed for you. You can ad a microwave and small refrigerator along with a storage cabinet, small table, etc. This office suite is available for full time use only, Office rental price is $995.00 per month for up to 4 people.

Combine with the 14'x 14' office right next door that can accommodate up to 2 people to create the perfect office suite. Discount available for rental of both areas. This space would also be ideal for a photography studio, a content creator's studio and much more.

Meeting Room
Large conference room to accommodate up to 12 people. Located right off of the main entrance with the lobby and kitchen just outside. This room is the perfect place for meetings, presentations and training. A large portable flat screen for presentations is available upon request.

We are commited to a clean and healthy environment. We clean and sanitize our entire space twice per week and sanitize our restrooms and kitchen at the end of everyday. We also wipe down and sanitize meeting tables, chairs, door handles and any other hard surfaces in the area after every meeting. In addition, door handles are sanitized throughout the day. We also make hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes available to our guests.
