The Gallery
At roughly 800 square feet, The Gallery is the perfect place for social gatherings, recitals, community meetings or small performances. This space can be arranged with tables, chairs, and other accessories in a variety of configurations. Seats up to 50 people. The space includes a grand piano, works from local artists, and accessible restrooms and a dedicated coatroom. Adjacent and accessible (lit) parking, fast WiFi, and outdoor areas make this venue perfect for a variety of events. Outside alcohol and food services (including food trucks) are allowed. Connected to The Gallery is a catering kitchen (with commercial hooding) that features separate sinks, an ice maker, large refrigerator, and serving access directly into the Gallery.

The Hive features over 19,000 square feet of furnished creative space for coworkers, creatives, educators, and collaborators. The space includes a grand lobby with art gallery, a flexible hall, a central reception area, huge modular conference and meetings spaces, small group board rooms, breakout rooms, a commercial kitchen, private offices, modular work pods, creative studio spaces, a mail room, and a small library. Ultra-fast WiFi is available across our entire complex.

The Hall
At 2,800 square feet, The Hall is the perfect place for any event: workshops, social gatherings, keynotes, hackathons, corporate offsites, family celebrations, community meetings, rehearsals and more! This space can be divided into more intimate spaces to suit your needs. Seats up to 200 people (flexible configurations). Tables, chairs, embedded audio and video system, adjacent and accessible (lit) parking, fast WiFi, and outdoor areas make this venue perfect for a variety of events. Outside alcohol and food services (including food trucks) are allowed. Connected to The Hall is a catering kitchen (with commercial hooding) that features separate sinks, an ice maker, large refrigerator, and serving access directly into the Hall.

We take pride in providing a clean and safe campus for our community. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities, high touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected, soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed, and bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
