Huge windows and sink with easy access at Forest Hills T station in Jamaica Plain make this space ideal for a solo or pair of visual artists or creatives. The workspace features hardwood flooring for meetings, creative work and photography. Access is as needed, 7 days a week. Common areas (bathrooms, entryway, reception and dressing areas) are shared with Northeast Arts - a dance organization. We are looking for the right fit - someone who shares our vision of collaboration and kindness and would enjoy being part of a larger community. Wifi included. Parking: Monday - Friday, there is paid parking in the commuter lots at Forest Hills Station and two hour street parking along Hyde Park Ave and neighborhood streets. (In particular, Washington St. on the JP side, Tower St. at both ends, and Hyde Park Ave.) Please take note of city signage. Park weekends and evenings for lower rates and fewer restrictions on street parking. Taking the T: The studio is directly across Hyde Park Ave from Forest Hills T Station with access to the Orange Line, the Commuter Rail and 18 different bus routes serving Boston and vicinity.
