50 Franklin is accessible 24/7 for authorized members via secure key or fob access.

Emergency exit routes are clearly marked on each floor; please familiarize yourself with them.

In case of fire or emergency, evacuate the building immediately and follow instructions from staff or emergency personnel.

Workplace Cleanliness

Common areas, meeting rooms, and private offices are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Sanitizing stations are available throughout the building.

We encourage all members to keep their workspaces tidy and dispose of waste in designated bins.

Meeting rooms and phone booths should be left clean and reset after use.

Health & Hygiene

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home or work remotely until you’re symptom-free.

Handwashing is encouraged regularly; hand soap is provided in all restrooms.

Please cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing and dispose of tissues properly.

Our wellness room is available for short breaks or private use if needed.
