At The Forty-Two Sixty, we are committed to providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all tenants, guests, and staff. This Health & Safety Policy outlines our standards and expectations to ensure the well-being of everyone in our space.

🧼 1. Cleanliness & Sanitation

* All common areas, restrooms, and shared surfaces are professionally cleaned daily.

* Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are provided throughout the facility.

* Members are encouraged to wipe down shared surfaces (e.g. desks, gym equipment, kitchen counters) after use.

* Trash and recycling are removed from offices and shared spaces on a regular schedule.

😷 2. Illness & Communicable Disease Prevention

* If you are experiencing cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, please work remotely until you are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.

* Masks are optional but welcome.

* We follow CDC and local public health guidelines and may reinstate safety measures during outbreaks or advisories.

🚪 3. Building Access & Security

* The building is secured with digital access and video surveillance.

* Guests must be signed in and accompanied by a member during their visit.

* After-hours access is restricted to members with approved credentials.

🔥 4. Emergency Preparedness

* Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the building.

* In the event of fire, medical, or other emergencies, please evacuate promptly and call 911.

* First aid kits and fire extinguishers are available on each floor and are checked regularly.

🏋️ 5. Gym & Amenities Use

* Use gym equipment at your own risk. Please consult a physician before starting a new fitness program.

* Proper attire and hygiene are expected. Wipe down equipment after use.

* Shower facilities are for members only.

🚗 6. Parking & EV Safety

* Please park in designated member or guest spots only.

* EV charging stations should be used responsibly and unplugged when charging is complete.

* Drive carefully in the lot and observe posted signage.

📣 7. Reporting Hazards or Incidents

* If you see something unsafe or experience a health or safety issue, report it immediately to the community manager at paul@redthomes.com or call 303-997-4001.
