Designed with creative teams in mind, our Breakroom is a great space for small gatherings that comfortably accommodates up to 18 people standing. It can be booked in conjunction with the SoMa Conference Room as one cohesive event space. This space has easy access to the front entrance and is a great casual event space with amenities such as a refrigerator, sink and microwave. It's great for a small, catered gathering for your team or a fun standing mixer. Along with the SoMa Conference Room, this can be a great all-day event for your team, spanning from morning meetings to a late-afternoon happy hour. SoMa conference Room is directly across from this space. This space offers an inspiring and functional setting for design-forward teams to connect, create, and present. This space is available generally late afternoon and can be available in the early evening. If booked with the SoMa Room, this space can be used during business hours. Please contact us to make arrangements.

We’re working to make the world a better place through innovative, sustainable architecture created in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Our office space offers a variety of meeting space with a total of 5 conference rooms, 2 communal work tables, and a creative workstation. Our amenities include a communal kitchen, shower room, bike area, wellness room, and 2 phone booths.

Open Desk - Mezzanine
This open desk is located on the mezzanine level of our vibrant, design-focused office in San Francisco. Please note: this floor is not wheelchair accessible. The adjustable sit-stand desk comes equipped with multiple outlets and high-speed WiFi. Your booking includes access to all shared amenities: conference rooms, private phone booths, kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water, microwave and dishwasher, two inviting communal areas, and both large- and small-format printers. You’ll also have access to our bike room. Conference rooms and private phone booths are subject to availability. Located just a few blocks from Market Street, this space offers the perfect mix of function, flexibility, and creative energy.

Designed with creative teams in mind, our SoMa Conference Room comfortably fits up to 18 people and is ideal for collaboration. Equipped with Apple TV, a computer, video conferencing, and a large television display, the room supports both in-person and hybrid collaboration. The space features pin-up boards that make it easy to share visual work and iterate on ideas in real time — perfect for brainstorming, client presentations, or internal reviews. A dedicated phone line ensures reliable audio calls, while basic pens and markers are on hand for quick notes or sketches. This room offers an inspiring and functional setting for design-forward teams to connect, create, and present. This room can be booked in conjunction with the breakroom as a cohesive event space.

Sunset
Perfect for smaller teams or one-on-one strategy sessions, the Sunset Conference Room comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. With a relaxed setting and thoughtful tools for collaboration, this space is ideal for design reviews, brainstorms, or internal meetings. The room features a pinboard for visual presentations and a television with HDMI connectivity. Basic pens and markers are provided for quick sketching or notes. Private phone booths are located just outside this room and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunset provides a creative and efficient environment for focused work.

Keep walkways clear and limit personal items to your designated workspace.

Wipe down your desk before and after use with provided disinfectant supplies.

Report any hazards, spills, or damaged equipment to staff promptly.

Follow posted emergency procedures and evacuation routes.

If you use dishes, please load them directly into the dishwasher rather than leaving them in the sink.
