Purpose

This policy outlines safety standards and procedures for all Sky Media788 office spaces to ensure compliance with LiquidSpace requirements and establish a safe environment for everyone.

1. Emergency Procedures

In an Emergency: Call 911 for any life-threatening situations.

Reporting Incidents: Report all injuries, hazards, suspicious activities, or facility issues to Sky Media788 at 916.640.0900 within 24 hours.

Evacuation: Know your exit routes. When an alarm sounds or if instructed, exit the building promptly. There are no elevators or designated assembly points; move to a safe area outside.

Utilities and Hazards: For leaks, gas odors, or electrical hazards, contact Sky Media788. Do not attempt repairs unless authorized.

Post-Incident: Do not re-enter until cleared by authorities or Sky Media788.

2. Fire Safety

Prevention: Keep exits and hallways clear. Only use UL-listed power strips; do not overload outlets or use damaged cords. Space heaters must be pre-approved. Appliances, hot plates, and open flames are strictly prohibited.

Response: If you see fire or smoke, pull the nearest alarm, call 911, and evacuate. Use a fire extinguisher only if trained and the situation is safe.

3. Security Measures

Access Control: Keep suite doors locked when not in use. Do not prop open exterior doors. Keys and access cards are for individual tenants only and must not be shared.

Visitor Management: Escort all visitors and keep a log if requested by Sky Media788.

Theft Prevention: Secure valuables and report any theft or property damage to Sky Media788 and law enforcement as necessary.

Surveillance: Cameras may monitor common areas. Tenant-installed cameras require written approval and are not permitted in private areas.

4. Creative Media Room Use

Scheduling: Access is by reservation only through Sky Media788. Coordinate with the landlord and other tenants to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Conduct: Only use equipment you are trained for. Keep the area tidy. No food or open drinks near equipment. Report any issues immediately.

5. Housekeeping & Facility Care

Keep all areas clean and free of clutter. Store heavy items on lower shelves. Dispose of trash and recycling daily. Report leaks, pest issues, or structural problems promptly.

6. Hazardous Materials & Equipment

Use or store hazardous materials only with Sky Media788 approval. No on-site fuel, solvents, or pressurized cylinders allowed without permission.

Power tools are permitted only for basic office tasks; activities creating dust or fumes are not allowed.

7. Accessibility & Illness Prevention

Keep shared routes and restrooms accessible. Notify Sky Media788 if anyone requires evacuation assistance.

Follow public health guidelines. Stay home when sick. Sky Media788 may adjust policies during outbreaks.

8. Tenant Responsibilities

Follow this safety policy, all local laws and building rules. Designate a safety contact for your suite and keep information posted. Ensure all staff and contractors are trained. Promptly report hazards or incidents.

9. Sky Media788 Responsibilities

Maintain safe common areas, conduct routine safety checks, coordinate shared space scheduling, and respond to reported hazards.

10. Compliance

Non-compliance can result in loss of access to shared amenities or further lease enforcement actions.

11. Policy Review

This policy is reviewed annually or as conditions require. Updates will be communicated to all tenants.
