Join us in our flagship building in the heart of Deptford, where we operate as an open, welcoming, and accessible community hub available for all to use. Pick up a coffee on your way into work from our centrally-located community cafe, and enjoy your lunch in our shared garden space - a green oasis in the middle of Deptford. With a variety of meeting rooms available for hire to complement your office work, the Albany is also home to our Creative Communities Coworking Hub should you have the need to expand your activity for the day. The Albany is an arts centre that exists to inspire, develop and support creativity for the benefit of our community. We can offer unique facilities, great catering and tailored support for your workspace needs. As a registered charity and an award-winning social enterprise, any income we generate is reinvested into our work. When you choose us and our spaces you’re investing in your local community.

This office is located on the first floor of our building, and features an abundance of natural light thanks to the skylights and box window facing the side of our garden. The rate includes dedicated wifi and broadband and basic utilities. The office comes as a blank canvas, meaning you can bring your own furniture and put your own spin on the space to make it feel like a home for your organisation. That said, we may have some spare desks available should that be of interest. You'll have a dedicated pigeonhole in our mail room where you can receive post, and should you wish you are welcome to have your organisation name listed on our website. Our newly renovated kitchenette (based in the coworking space on the ground floor) is available for you to use to store and heat up your lunch. And of course our community cafe and garden are available for you to use for a team chat, a meeting with a client, or just a break in the fresh air! Our dedicated desks are located on the mezzanine in our main workspace hub via a staircase behind a locked door (step-free routes are also available). So you have easy access to all the shared amenities and vibrancy of our coworking hub, whilst having a secure space to share with 5 other users. Our newly renovated kitchenette is available for you to use to store and heat up your lunch. You'll also receive a complimentary creative communities monthly membership as long as you're with us, as well as 10 hours of short-notice meeting room bookings (pending availability). We're allocating desks on a first-come-first-served basis, so book now to secure your favourite spot! Want to list our venue as your business address and to receive post? No problem! Just submit 1 business reference for us to review and we'll sort out a pigeonhole for your post.

With natural daylight, dramatic architecture, and access to a thriving garden oasis, this space is ideal for that 'something different' experience. Your booking will include access to a TV Screen (46"), a set lighting state, and a PA system with mics, should it be required. We can set up the space in a cabaret, boardroom, u-shape, or rows-of-chairs layout. Prices and listing are based on a private meeting with a maximum 75 capacity, but we can accommodate conferences and meetings for up to 250 people with advanced notice (prices will vary). Our meeting rooms are space bathed in daylight coming from large windows, and with a spacious thanks to the high, vaulted ceiling. The room is wheelchair accessible and can be accessed via a lift. Additional amenities are available upon request for an added charge.
