Our professional, comfortable and convenient meeting room spaces are perfect for meeting clients, collaborating with team members and holding small workshops and training sessions. All our meeting room spaces are bookable by the hour, seat up to 10 people and are available to non-member, and members (at a discount). It is also possible to tailor the meeting to suit your needs, by simply filling out the ‘notes’ section when making your booking. Should you require catering etc, this can also be organised through our concierge team.

When arriving at Freshmill you are welcome to park in any of the available spaces around the office building except for those marked ‘RESERVED’. If there are no spaces available in this area, we have an overflow carpark situated over the road from the office. The entrance to this is located just to the right of JYW House and if you drive through the gap in the fence there are plenty more spaces there marked for Freshmill visitors. We also require you to put a parking permit in your vehicle for the duration of your stay which can be acquired from the Concierge desk once you enter the building.
