CollabHive is a professional workspace in downtown Kitchener at 72 Victoria Street South, Suite 300, in the Communitech corridor.
Private offices are fully furnished, with your own door and acoustic privacy. Also available: dedicated desks, meeting rooms, and the BuzzCast podcast studio, reservable by the hour or the day. Virtual office memberships provide a Class A business address for company registration and licensing, plus member access at all three CollabHive sites — Mississauga, Scarborough and Kitchener.

You'll also receive a monthly Hive Credit dividend to spend on meeting rooms, BuzzCast Studio, or reservations across any CollabHive location, along with member rates on every booking.
Suite types range from single-occupant offices for solo professionals, to offices with a dedicated client waiting area for therapists, lawyers, and accountants, to multi-office suites for teams of two to eight. Terms run from 12 to 60 months, with transparent, capped exit terms so you always know your risk upfront.
